Schools.
The goal is to provide a primary and secondary school at each of the eight locations with a feeding program. A primary school has already been built and is operative. Government policy requires that a child has a birth certificate to be eligible to attend school. A photo is attached of “bastard” children being taught privately, plus a photo of a school nearing completion. The Foundation provided construction funds. If children have to walk between villages it can be a dangerous exercise

Medical Clinics.
Hospital policy restricts medical attention to persons that can afford to prepay for services, regardless of the patient’s condition. The policy is rigidly enforced and death can result. The Foundation proposes building medical clinics at each of eight centres where it conducts a feeding program. Each centre would be staffed by a qualified nurse with access to doctors. Nurses would be employed, several doctors have agreed to visit voluntarily. Also attached is an architects impression of the proposed medical clinic adjacent to the Community Centre. The Community Centre has been completed. The schools will be accredited, whereupon teaching staff costs are paid by the Government.
